They all sound good. I love cheesecake, it's my favorite dessert!!
I picked red velvet cake, that just sounds so awesome right now!! There's a new Ben and Jerry's ice cream that's red velvet cake flavored and it is soooo good, it would be awesome to make a cheesecake that tasted like the ice cream.
I have a recipe for a S'mores cheesecake that sounds good. I never got around to making it, so I don't know how it actually tastes, but the idea sounds great. Have you ever made a S'mores cheesecake?
I like recipes with liquor too. I'd like to try a plain cheesecake with a selection of fruit toppings that were soaked in various liquors. Sounds awesome.
Actually I haven't made a S'mores cheesecake. Out of all the ones I've made you would think I would of. ha. But will for sure have to make one... It sounds amazing right now.
Also the Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake I made, would have to be one of the most rich I've made; you need a glass of milk with it.
A Rum Raisin Cheesecake just popped in my head too after the paragraph of you talking about soaking fruit in liquors. Mmm...
And I'm thinking of an orange liqueur too, that sounds like it could be awesome!! I don't think I've ever even heard of an orange themed cheesecake. I KNOW I've never had one, don't think I've heard of one.
I love how a cheesecake has that balance of sweet and tart, I think if you made a regular cheesecake and just put a small ribbon of flavor in it and topped it with a sweet/candied/liquor-soaked fruit it would be awesome no matter what it is.
Oh yeah that would be good too. I've made an Orange Pumpkin Cheesecake before that was pretty good. But I would think an orange cheesecake would almost taste like a creamcicle. That would be tasty!
During spring break I'll for sure have test out some of these suggestions. :)
