    None of what you mentioned is healthy. You should try to find a organic or natural one that contains no artificial preservatives/sweeteners, SLS, Fluoride or Glycerin or GMOs.

      I like Comvita Propolis paste. It's flavoured with licorice root and peppermint oil, and uses propolis and tea tree oil.
