For a Christmas present to myself, I bought a pre recorded course on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from TheGreatCourses.com. I got it for 90% off the regular price. I don't need it, but it aroused my interest because knowing the material might help me give positive input to people I meet online, especially here at IIN, where people pop pills, talk to shrinks, and find life to be more difficult than it should be while living in their basements.
So with noble intent, I am studying the material. I do not have a personality type is relatable to a wide variety of people. But, I suppose that's all the more reason to learn this stuff and see what happens.

I'll have to check. $49.95 plus ten bucks for shipping, I think. (The streaming on-line version which I didn't want was 90% off). Probably be done with it around March 1st. I took one of their other classes on "Optimizing Brain Fitness". It was good. Gives you much more of wholistic kick to your mental awareness; that Renaissance mentality, so to speak. My diabolical sudoku puzzles, although addictively fun, weren't getting the broader enlightening effect that I was looking for.
So, do you want the material? If so, I'll get you gold membership so we can exchange contact info. You could check in with DirtyBird while you're at it.
Not since a year ago. She was busy with problems at home, and said Crabby Dick's restaurant on the Delaware shore would be too far to go. You should send her a message. She would like to hear from you.
