    I would have said 25 to 30. Still young, but mature enough to know what she wants.

      and that's whats attractive to men? im trying to figure what men think is the age rage with the best looking women...maturity and stuff aside

        I guess it really depends on the person. You can be older, look after yourself, and be more attractive than a younger woman. And vise-versa. Besides "best looking woman" can mean different things to different people.
