I was pretty but I was always bullied for it. So I never got the chance to be "catty". Infact most of my friends are men because I dislike women for this reason. A lot of them are bitches. I don't know what their problem is. When I see a woman that has beauty in a certain area, I love and admire her for it. I don't get how anyone could possibly be jealous.
I voted "Because they only love themselves and they are selfish". Because I know the women you mean, and as far as I'm concerned no-one has an excuse to behave like that.
