Great question. I don't go out a whole lot but then maybe I would go out more if I lived somewhere beautiful. Depends what the weather would be like there too, that's the main reason I don't go out much. If the beauty of the place also implies that the weather is good then maybe I'd go for the beautiful place. But then maybe it'd be easier for me to interact with people if they were really friendly. Yeah, I think I'd go for the place with the really friendly people based on that.
