Place being beautiful. I avoid people anyways so it's no bother to me. And the most beautiful places in my mind are very low on people so it's a easy choice really
Unpleasant people also means way higher crime rate though.
I thought similar. I have no desire to befriend my neighbours so I wouldn't care if they were pleasant or not
