    Interesting thought experiment though. I suppose I can just hoard a shit ton of 80% receivers and black market them if the goverment runs south.

        I think you mean ammunition and a boat or plane. Pretty sure cash and passports would be useless if society broke down

          If all the societies in the world broke down at once, you would have a Mad Max survivalist scenario. You could weld RPG launchers to the roof of your car to take out bad guys. Good stuff for exciting barbarian movies.
