For some reason I find my closet a nice quiet place for that.

Have you tried laying on grass and staring at the sky?

I meditate while I am driving on the highway. It calms me down.

  • I usually meditate out in the woods.

I usually do it before going to sleep, it seems like the best idea because no one will disturb me also I struggle to fall asleep so the relaxation helps sometimes. Outside is nice though but i'm always worried about getting disturbed. It depends on where you are, it's at times like these I wish I had a garden that I could go out into but there are certain areas outside where it's quiet and you can sit in silence for a while pretty undisturbed.

In a place where you won't be disturbed and can sit comfortably.

If we are being politically correct about it, you can, in some parts.
