I want to go somewhere by the sea and smoke herb and listen to reggae all day and maybe work as a bartender. I speak Enlish and Spanish and a bit of French, but am willing to learn a new language if the spot is aire enough.

OBX muthafukka. Off season, it’s cheap as fuck and everyone just claims unemployment if they do customer service. Water is perfect all year. But the weather can be a little fucked up. Thankfully, that area is prepared for it though.
Most places that are close to the water are not going to be cheap. I live in an ugly looking, impoverished, high crime town in NY that's close to the water and average housing costs are between 1,200 dollars to 1,700 dollars a month.
