Yucky. I would have to say tho, my favorite experience of SF was climbing up Twin Peaks and then descending, getting lost, ending up in The Castro, and on a whim going to my first mind blowing experience of 2001: A Space Odyssey at the Castro Theater.

Sorry you have to deal with all the smog and fires over there. Its is very beautiful, for like 10 days out of the year

We don't really have smog here... it's not LA. However we do have a human feces problem in certain parts of the city.
