Sometimes. I do it every day when I get a brush with a tongue pad.. otherwise, I do two swipes or only do it when there's obviously a bad taste/smell on my tongue. I know my tongue is dirty and the gunk on it might stick to my bristles. I don't want to mix the tongue stuff with the teeth stuff.
When you brush your teeth... do you brush your tongue too?
