  • Interesting. If our technology would be so advance which would allow us to travel to another planet, how are we going to survive in another planet? Our DNA is evolved in order to adapt to the Earth’s atmosphere and considering we don’t reproduce often, would we be able to fully adapt to a new planet, for example, on Mars, by obtaining the ability to be able to breathe CO2 instead of O2? You probably already know that the Earth was made up with mostly CO2 many years ago and the ability to breathe O2 was obtained by a single-celled ancestor, not the human species, so we don’t have the ability to evolve fast enough to adapt to another planet.

In conclusion, i think it’s impossible to inhabit another planet but who knows, maybe the gradual increase of CO2 would give us time to adapt. I talk too much sorry😂

    • But maybe if our knowledge of biology becomes more complex, we can figure out how to adapt ourselves by using dna coding(or whatever it’s called) and make ourselves mutant. Scientists say that in a few years, we’ll be able to genetically code how we want our offspring, and maybe other animal offsprings too. Who knows what we can do with biology in a few hundred years or less?
