When to put on deodorant

My friend and I got into a stupid argument about when to put on deodorant. We have come here to settle this. Do you put deodorant on (of any kind) before or after your shirt is on?

After you put on your shirt 6
Before you put on your shirt 21
Deodorant is for losers 2

    I don't where it. I don't smell bad not work, not even when it is hot out. I use a salt stick before workouts.

    Personally, I always try put it on after I put on my shirt to avoid those deodorant skid marks; otherwise I'll have to put my shirt on carefully, when instead I could just lift it up, rub it in, and go about my day.
