Stress, frustration, and even rage are all healthy and normal human emotions. What makes each of us feel them, how long we can 'hold it in', and what triggers us to blow off the steam varies by individual.
Your trigger to blow off the pent-up feelings seems to be rude people. I think that's normal, because it's not petty behavior itself that makes you so angry - the petty rudeness just accesses a well of pent-up emotions.
I am usually very patient and laid-back (people tell me this all the time, I'm not just viewing myself this way), but every six weeks or so I get pent-up to the point that I have to scream into a pillow and throw things around. My trigger is usually too much mindless slang like 'YOLO' or 'swag' in one sentence. Can come from a friend or some random dudes talking within my earshot.
As long as you aren't flipping out on people, specifically or friends or loved ones, I say you're good.
When strangers are rude, I HAVE to freak out privately afterwards..
