When people say they want to tickle my fancy what do they mean?

It comes up so often in modern conversation, but I have no idea what people are actually referring to.

    They just mean do whatever sounds good to you. It's none of the above.

    None of the above. The term can actually be interpreted a few different ways. I would say the most common reference to "tickle your fancy" would be to do whatever it is that would arouse, excite, or along those lines what gets furniture running. eg; If someone knows that watching 2 women make out, then they could say "watching 2 women make out then, that tickles your fancy. Is that enough of explaination ?
