When my family upset me...

I get mad very easily and I take things personal. When I get sad I cry all the time. I can't stop myself from crying. The thing is my momma and sister make me so up-set. My sister is the main one who puts me down. When I get up-set I don't speak to them. I want to know is this normal to not speak to them when I'm upset? When I'm sad or mad I really stay to myself. I don't want to do anything with them and it's hard for me to look at them.

    I'm the same way. I don't have a sister but I'm like this with my parents and friends. I'm sorry :/
