There are two elements to this. What we think and what we do. For the sake of argument, I'll suggest these two are completely separate.
In terms of what we think, anything goes. There should be no restriction/judgement on even the most dreadful thoughts.
In terms of what we do, you partially covered it in your story. If it's legal and consensual (animals and the dead can't consent, although the dead can consent while they are alive to the treatment of their body after death), then I also think anything goes.
Of what you mentioned, tasteless stuff isn't "bad", nor is torture or scatology. The others are either illegal or non-consensual (albeit with my codicil about the dead).
Interesting side-question. How long does consent last? Is a yes always a yes unless there's a later no? Even if it's years since the yes?
