    I don't really smoke anymore because it gives me anxiety every time I do but when I use to all the time I would laugh non stop too.

      Same here with anxiety. But when i did smoke i got STONED super hard. I got stupid high with the laughs and i got totally incomprehensible too.

        It is so strange it started doing that to me. I was a regular smoker quit for a year and when I tried to start back that is when the anxiety started.
