    yoh i get the same thing in class.. lol i pop up outta my sleep during a lesson.. like i mean like a jack in the box kinda pop.

    i alsoo get paralyzed in my sleep.. even in class.. my buddies have to shake me for me to re-gain my senses.

      Same here. Jack in a box and the paralysis...

      one time I woke up and couldn't move and it scared the living daylights out of me..

      then I googled it and found out it was normal.
