I doubt it unless there are several instances of them actually biting off someone's dick. I think I actually would bite my fingers of if I didn't remove them right away, it can be a pretty strong urge that comes very abruptly, but also disappear in seconds after.
When I put my finger in my mouth I sometimes get the urge to bite down
