When i pee..my toes feel warm, and start to tingle

I have the same problem... I am male and don't have the warm sensation but do have the tingling in my toes when I pee. I had this a while back and someone told me it was a kidney infection. Home remedies said to drink 3T. of Vinegar in an 8 oz glass of water 3 times per day. This actually helped in about 3 days!
