The urethra in males is by far longer than that of females, so there's always going to be residual urine left in the tract. A bit like a long garden hose (the urine tract, not the penis :P): Just because you turn the water off, doesn't mean the hose isn't still near-full. ☺

The whole peeing thing works by contracting and relaxing muscles. When you bend down, you abnormally create the same situation. It's normal. Don't worry.
