    After your period when you're still spotting and those days when um stuff leaks from that region, I believe that is called ovulation.

    Well use them before a period since most of the time before your period if blood comes out,it's very little. This may be different for some girls. And after since it slows down abit (the blood).

    So , I wear panty liners everyday.. I wear them because I'm use to them. They feels good on my body.. So if I were you I would wear them everyday.. I'm just saying..

    Not a girl but am a Dad.
    My understanding is around the period time only.
    All other times panty on their own without liners.
