  • But I don't want to start a family. My husband is the best family I've ever had. We give each other much more than just sex and commitment. I'm 32 so I guess I only have 3 years by your standards, and I will spend them with no morning sickness, bloating, weight gain, abdominal pain, breast pain, back pain, labor pain, vaginal tearing, vaginal prolapse, split nipples, lack of sleep, post partum depression, insomnia, hormonal changes, mood swings, lack of energy, financial issues, worry or anxiety, loud noises and many more lovely things that come with a "bundle of joy."

    • That's a good list, and especially on an economic level, having kids doesn't make much sense. But lonliness isn't that logical. Just be aware that you will need something more than your current love for your husband to get you that daily fulfillment 10 years from now. If you're really focused on your career, that's great.

It's hard starting a business or trying to make it as a painter or novelist. Far easier and popular to make kids instead!
