I signed up so I could read posts without all those meet hot singles adds. Lol
After I discovered I had women balls, and I wanted to know if it was normal.
I've been a member for about 2 and a half years, it took me about a year to join. I wish I had made an account straight away as I think I possibly would have been in the first few thousand to join.
Months for me. I had the iPhone app for ages and just read posts until I signed up and started commenting on things. That was almost over two years ago now. Back then I was talking to people like Ollieo, Kellstar, Karategurl, Lavabava, Echoes, CountryRoads, Christoph, TheGuruOfTheSauce and BlackValeRose :) And Eva_Braun was our resident troller.
Found this site at a turbulent time in my life, read for three months without posting, joined, posted only when getting home from the pub, got so shit-faced that I forgot not only my password but my username, read for a month or two, started again as dappled, posted 9500 comments (including 50 that talked about pyjamas), left for four months, transmogrified into a tiger, had grrrrrrreat times, flipped back into dappled, made the 500 comments necessary to complete the ten thousand, remembered my very first username, then posted this very post.
That's the story up until now. As for that happens next...
Who knows? But it probably involves pizza.
I was wanting to self-improve and asked a question on Google which led me to IIN.
I looked around for a while, maybe as much as a month, then forgot about it for a while. When I signed up I only used the iPhone app at that time; I downloaded it because I remembered lurking the website and enjoying it. I initially only used the search box to find topics that I already had strong views on and shouted about them, and only on old stories. It was either here or another is it normal similar forum.
That forum didn't have anywhere as many posts, so much to the dismay of Admin (there) I came here, after about a week of viewing.
I've never made an iin question post here ever though. I only do (hopefully) supportive replies.
I looked around for a few weeks before I decided to sign up so that I could start commenting etc.
I saw the homepage and went wow this site looks fun and interesting and signed up after a couple of 30mins of gandering at the qs's and polls.
I think it was somewhere between a few days and a few weeks. I honestly can't remember, it's all a blur :-S
