  • I'm 32 and still don't have it completely together. I'm saving money up and paying my debts down. Once I have enough saved, I'm leaving this ghetto part of NY and moving to a state with a much lower cost of living. It's a little terrifying because all it would take to completely derail these plans is a trip to the hospital since medical insurance is shit in this country.

I suggest that you just keep working on yourself and to not compare yourself to others. Don't let the pressure of society get to you either.

    • How about that. I'm 32 and after a very slow, steady climb towards something, a trip to the hospital completely demolished my bf and I's life a year ago.

    • Come to Delaware, and make it cooler... and bring some hats!

      • Thank you!
        :)
I've got a long list of potential places with lower costs. I never looked into Delaware. Maybe I should research it sometime. What I've really got my heart set on is Ohio. I've heard mostly good about it.
        :)

          • Ohio seems like a cheaper alternative to NY. NY is too expensive. Even the crime ridden parts are too expensive. It's ridiculous. XD

            • I like it cuz, among other reasons, it's close enough to my family to visit them sometimes, but not close enough to have my space invaded. lol
