  • I get what you're saying - you mean in terms of being able to reason with them, the higher cognitive development, etc, and you're stating your own preference.

    But technically, before seven is where the biggest difference is made in terms of education and development. I forget the exact numbers, but a significant amount of money could be saved on "clean up" for fucked up teens and adults (think prison, drug/addiction rehab, etc) if it were invested in early childhood education/intervention.

    Not saying your opinion is wrong, just some info.
