guy from work that always talks to me , saw me after not seeing me for few weeks due for me taking time off after an injury..The first thing he said was "where you been"?It's to see you!Is he interested?

    Do you have more to go on than just this comment? Like other conversations? How much do the two of you talk? Talk about anything other than work?

    He might be interested, but if you speak to this person at work regularly and after being absent for 2 weeks he asks "where have you been, it's good to see you again" he could just be being "polite" or "friendly" too.

    I'm always a little wary to advise anyone to persue a relationship with a someone you work with. If it goes pear shaped it can get really awkward.
