There's really no true definition to normal other than how you define it by your standards.
To put it bluntly, you aren't supposed to care about how people think of you.
There's nothing wrong with being hygienic, but you are going seriously overboard.
If you can, slowly detach yourself from the habit that you always need to ensure you are impeccable to appease some overly-judgmental dicks. No matter how you look, people will always pinpoint the faults in others.
That should be more than a good enough incentive to ease your insecurities because you aren't living for them; you're living for yourself!
