With a long pipe, the smoke has enough time to cool down before inhalation. You can take gigantic hits easy and get super-baked without killing your lungs so much. Lol.
I have smoked out of many, MANY things before, but the most fun I ever had smoking was always with home-made smoking devices.
Hm, I have never thought of smoking out of a potato gun before... I would think it would be too much volume to be able to inhale a proper hit. There is probably a way to make it work though :)
