    If I think the comment is funny, helpful, or genuine I thumb it up. I'll also thumb up valid comments that I feel were downvoted for no reason.

      Glad I'm not the only one who does this. Although I know a few others who do too. Such a shame that we have to.

      But yeah OP, like the others, I thumb up comments I like and that say things I was going to say anyway.
