Oh the last bit I was being facetious, most of these are so tame they wouldn't be offensive to many people in Britain either. It's school ground 10 year old boy stuff :P
But yeah, you're even less likely to take offence since, to most people outside the U.K., these words are gibberish.

I actually had to look some of this up (since I'm not very familiar with what insult words the U.K. are familiar with), but on a lower-scale, apparently the words dork and dweeb are purely American. For higher-level insults, it would be douche (or douchebag) and words with "ass" attached to it (such as ass-wipe or ass-hat).

That was why I picked them. Also you are right most people from the US do not find these insulting. I have insulted US(Americans) using this type of slang and they laughed at me.

Yeah tosspot's a good'n'.
Berk is short for Berkshire Hunt... Which is cockney rhyming slang for.. Well you can guess :P Mostly used London way.
Jubber is somebody who is jubby, jubby is the same thing as minging. Not sure how widely used it is, but I know it from where I live (South West England).
Dunny means idiot. Not sure if it's from the Australian slang word for toilet or it has a different origin but again, only know it from South West, not sure how widely it's used.
I bet you've got some unique geordie insults :)

You know these are insulting somewhere. Haha I actually stole cod off a forum I found on here. IIN was trying to find a way to insult someones bitchyX-lover I think. People started naming off fish. I thought it was a funny insult so I added it. I only picked words that were insults but not incredibly vulgar. That was the point of it.

In Australia, cunt is a really strange word. Because friends can use it between friends. There's a funny saying which goes
"Australia, where you call your friend; cunt, and strangers; mate."Although cunt can be offensive here depending on the context and the tone and delivery of the word.
