Idk man when you take opioids it just clogs you up like something serious. You have to remember to take magnesium everyday to be normal. If you dont you will expunge a super turd.
Well I do in fact take magnesium, in addition to like 20 other supplements. I don't plan on ever taking drugs tho because they will mess up my progress in the gym. I'm bulking for a comp in like 15 weeks and I need to get to 260-264.
Beer helped me in the gym. Im the only guy I ever knew to do it but when I lifted weights to bulk up id take shots and it would make me feel loose and feel like throwing some shit up.
