Pretty sure you cant take out loans on surgeries. Plus a 50k$ personal loan ain't exactly explainable if you arent buying property or renovating or setting up a buisness.
Perhaps a loan shark but then again they would probably cut off your other leg if you dont make a payment.

You can get loans for surgery. Im not sure about the interest.
