Extreme intelligence often comes with a large dose of awkwardness stemming from childhood...especially if you're not attractive.
On the other hand, spectacular beauty also often creates a personality with noticeable shortfalls.
Maybe if I'd even glimpsed one of these extremes I wouldn't be so indecisive.

yeee i agree with that guy,ignorance is bliss,and theres no such thing as being smart actually,cuz once u figure out what i figured out abou tthe universe,u'll realize,a human beings knowledge capacity is very limited,but u can get alot of things if ur charasmatic and good looking ,so like,i dunno its hard to choose between the 2 to be honest
I've been asked this question before. My answer is always this:
If I had to choose between being really beautiful, being very rich, or being a genius, I'd choose to be a genius. Because if you were a genius and you wanted to be beautiful, you could invent something to make yourself beautiful.
And if you were a genius and you wanted to be rich, you could likely find a way to make it happen.
Extremely Intelligent. This way you can easily make your way past the weaknesses of others and their personality flaws in order to manipulate them for your own purposes.
Because its no fun to be smart. You realize that the system rewards psychopathy very quickly.

i am a little of both not to sound conceded, so i dident choose. i guess ive got the best of both worlds but that comes with side effects because no ones perfect.lol:)
genius is overrated. beauty hands down, but just because someones beautiful doesn't make them stupid. so I'd be drop dead gorgeous and dangerously knowledgeable.
I said neither, and was suprised at how little anyone voted for neither. I want to be beautiful and I want to be smart. But I don't want to be drop dead beautiful becauses sometimes extremely beautiful girls are very mean, stuck up and catty or if their not people only see them for their looks and nothing else, when most of the time there's a lot more to a person then what's on the outside. And geniuses are normally very anti social and awkward around other people. I would like a little bit of smarts and a little bit of beauty.
Neither. I feel sorry for extremely smart people, they are usually way too intelligent to relate to most people, therefore being quite lonely..
I wouldn't want to be extremely beautiful either,to the point where men can't resist me. It would cause problems, 1. You'd have trouble making friends with girls, 2. You couldn't be friends with a guy either, for obvious reasons (unless they're gay, perhaps), 3. Guys would constantly perv on you.

Would being a genius make me ugly?? Lol I would choose genius, but would that mean I'm not at all beautiful?? Or would I just stay the way I am?? Lol.

id rather be smart, i think im alright looking and i dont need to be drop dead beautiful to get what i want, and im kinda smart but if i was a genius it would be wayy better :)

Smart - because intelligence can grow as you get older.
Beauty can be fleeting and can fade... and then you get to be both stupid and less-attractive.
Ugg being smart brings trouble (and boredom) as does being extreamly beautiful i'll pick average on both counts every time.

If your smart like crazy uber, School work would be a breeze, The probability of finding someone who you could connect with on an interlectual level would be slim and you would more likely be Rivals if anything. Your work would most likely be deemed crazy dangerous or uneithical. You would be surounded be people who would be less intellegent than you, or at the very least not as quick to comprehend things. In war time you would most likely to be "influenced" to make weapons,Or your reaserch converted into something that you could obviously make better. And that weapon would be used to kill people leading you to have feelings of moral derogation. mostly assuming your a scientist of course.
But I guess you could make a thesis that could be used to travel time,Just for the sake of it of course.It'd be cool.
For beauty assuming it was from birth you would live a celebrities life all your life unless you had a horrible accident or lost it due to age. Asuming you didn't get all famous and wealthy from childhood modeling though, you would be the envy of many people and probly people wouldn't ask you out thinking you had super high standards. you could also be fought over, be the object of hate for many women losing their guys, you might get stalked or kidnapped, Raped, Killed and your head put in a jar, Ect.

I'll tell ya. Ever seen The Swan, the reality plastic surgery television show? They have turned some of the most unfortunate unattractive ladies that I've ever seen and turned them into natural drop dead gorgeous beauties. Medical morphing phenomenon has proven that you don't need to be born beautiful to be beautiful. But intelligence can only go so far. Be smart and go to grad school, get a kick ass job, be able to afford the necessary surgeries and voila. Best of both worlds. Beauty AND brains w/money.

I chose beautiful....cause I don't WANT to be really really smart!! I'm happy with my 70 and 80% in school and plus a lot of times those people that are very smart are very awkward around normal people....
I'd rather be a werewolf who can fight and get out of complicated situations. Like what happens if u go to school the first day as the opposite gender.

But srsly, intellegence knows no limits. Look at Hawking and Einstien, they got high off their own frigging thoughts! Being beautiful is good, but it dosent do that much for u unleass ur a model. having a super powerful brain that can resolve issues and create things so efficently and quickly beats the shit outta a preatty face. Thinking deep beyond normal limits is great, not like, hmm, what did i eat for lunch yesterday.. o.o. I mean like thinking about what could have existed before humanity, how this world came to be, things that dumbass bimbos wont ever get the chance to do because they are too tied up doing watever it is they do (nothing). If you were smart then you could be rich,respected, and succesful
