What would you do with $1 million usd?

I would buy houses and properties to rent. Id pay for a property manager for my properties so I just get steady checks. And id retire to working part time to keep my insurance.

I wouldn't spend any on a house or car or anything. I'd buy a cheap flat, and then live frugally, and try to stretch the money out so that it'd last me the rest of my life. That way I'd never have to get a job. It probably wouldn't be enough money to last that long, so I'd have to invest it in such a way that by the time it would've started running out, there'd then be enough interest built up to last the remainder of my life.

Million isnt that much truth be told. If you are retiring its expected to at least have a million dollars in your assets and savings.

Probably get a house and set aside the rest for repairs/renovations/ taxes. That or buy a shit ton of land + their taxes.

Can you make it 3 million? 1 million is not really enough for anything if you want to retire.

splurge it all on food and equipment, why go a long time using little money and being bored when you can go a short time using it all and living a life of excitement...

Use it to find a solution to my health issues, travel with some of it, invest some, give some to friends and family and donate some to a few charities
