Party on a yacht until I die of a drug OD. You see zombies can't swim so i'd be safe on the yacht but I wouldn't want to live there forever so i'd have to check out but only the funnest way possible.
actually a nice answer...get some weaponry, a helicopter pilot, and go to one of the big cruise yachts. force everybody off the yacht on the next island, and have the big ship to yourself with water, food, and enjoyment for years to come.
