What would you do if you knew where an active child rapist lived?

first of all, in a dark room, blindfold him
then whack the living lights out of him (it is more painful cause he doesn't know when the next blow is coming)

then i would slowly break his fingers one by one, by crushing them with a cutting plier or a hammer

then comes the toes, one by one, like, one in every 20 minutes

then i would make him run 5 miles on his feet, on ice.

then i would make slashes on his back and his butts, and throw him in a clod atmosphere, where he will have to continuously sit and get up, (also, constant addition of salt to all body wounds)
then i would cut off his balls with a cutter, and then pull out his teeth one by one..
that should kill him, painfully.
i will give him 20 times the pain he has given to every child.
let him know what happens when you take the innocence and the life out of someone's darling, and to die with that feeling...

i may sound a bit psychotic, but even they should feel it.....
at least once....
