I have a friend who encountered an exhibitionist in a parking lot and freaked out. She laughs about it now, but was hysterical at the time.

I'd watch him. he's an exhibitionist, and their main focus is for someone to watch them, and look at them, why not. I was camping one weekend, and went hiking and I came up on a couple having sex in a small clearing. they stopped, we all looked at each other, and then they went back to what they were doing, I watched them have sex with each other and it was great.
Ignore them.
If they specifically want to show me their junk, I'll laugh and yell "Dafuq are you doing? What are you, an idiot?" and then be on my way.
Shit like that doesn't fly in my hometown. Man or woman, if you're going to do lewd acts in public, you're getting your ass kicked. The cops will make no effort to stop you from getting beat up either. XD

I just glanced to verify they were nude under their coat and ignored them and went about whatever I was doing. Nothing to get excited about.
