You're in a desert, why would you risk spilling or evaporating what little liquid you have? Just drink it straight! Urine is sterile, did you know that?
just don't drink it straight if you are already dehydrated (you can get some nasty stuff in your urine) and even if it's safe it's not enough to rehydrate (most liquids leave the body in the respiration and perspiration) so other sources of water are needed
True, yes I did know that well I didnt know for sure I was told but wasnt certain. Most people would rather do my idea though but the people who would do my idea are idiots and I agree if you want to survive drinking your urine is the best idea the only problem is how would you drink it? and it would be disturbing to see someone drinking someone elses urine but its about sruvival so you get the picture.
