I said pamper her for the day and turn the place into a spa because this will make it even more likely she'll accept your proposal down the line..
Proposing is good too because she might have been secretly wishing you'd propose to her for a while now since you've been together for 4 years. I'm sure that in itself would make a good gift but if you have any doubts then I suggest you take my first suggestion
