I've heard of someone who did that and they never grew back. She had to wear fake eyebrows for the rest of her life.

I think it would look a bit odd if you didn’t draw the on unless your going for a gothic look or something then it would look fine.when I was in my younger years one time my mum was waving my eyebrows I had moved and the wax went in the middle of one of my eyebrows 😨 and it was school photos the next day.

My favorite bassist, Mick Karn, had his eyebrows shaved off at all times. It's a cool look, I think.
