        • Okay then 215 is probably a heathly weight for you. Can't say for sure because I'm not looking at you, but it is probably quite healthy. I was 6'3" 145 freshmen year in high school and they said I was way underweight.

          • Yeah 145 at 6'3 doesnt sound like a healthy weight but when you consider the fact that you were growing its not that bad. I was about 190 as a freshman but was actually kind of short at that time. I didnt get tall until I was a senior. I grew several inches after my 18th birthday

            • Yeah, it also depends on the persons frame. For my height I have narrow shoulders and a narrow waist so I have always been lighter than I should be. So I had to eat in a way that literally freightened children for like 3 years straight to get to 245 where I'm at now. All while doing as much resistance training as I could handle.

              • Yeah im the opposite. I have wide shoulders and big legs but my waist isnt big. If you want to gain weight have you tried healthy oils before? MCT oil is great. Its made from coconut oil and its rapidly absorbed. You can dip brocolli or meat into it for extra calories and fat. Dont worry about getting heart problems from it. Basically all cardiologists now say theres no link between saturated fats and heart disease. They use to think it did but people went lowfat and got even more heart disease.
