Okay then 215 is probably a heathly weight for you. Can't say for sure because I'm not looking at you, but it is probably quite healthy. I was 6'3" 145 freshmen year in high school and they said I was way underweight.

Nah once I get down to my target weight of 215 (which is only 5 pounds away) ill start incorporating some carbs again.

6'3 with shoes on. 220lbs at the moment. Was 257 when I started the diet.
