Although the shows that I frequent the most are: The Vampire Diaries, Supernatural, and Being Human (US&UK). I don't really know why, I guess I just gravitate more towards supernatural fandoms because there are a lot more possibilities I think.

And I agree with you about Dr. Who. I really liked Donna Noble's character and wasn't all that crazy over Rose and The Doctor's romantic story arc.
