Hermaphrodites (Pseudohermaphrodites) with visible genital crossover typically have penises that look like large, elongated clitorises - that's large relative to the typical clitoris, not the typical penis. So usually, size wise, hermaphrodites with penises have small penises comparable to micropenises or macroclitorises.

Transexuals vary much more; not all m-to-f transexuals (see 'shemale') have hormone treatment and can therefore retain penis size as well as be capable of normal erectile function. M-to-Fs who have had hormone treatment vary too, but typically they will have smaller penises and testicles due to the hormone therapy.
