Uh, don't really have a type, at least not the way you've described in the poll options (which seems very high schoolish way of stereotyping sub groups.)
Muscley and Butch are definitely out of the question for me though.
The first girl I ever dated was goth. But we were called "freaks" back then, not goths. Or at least, that was the junior high label my particular school had for us.
