    Well we never askfor legal custody i work as a nanny he comes every day to take kids todaycare and pick them up. Isee.them at night when he picks me up from work and drop us off home im the one who live with kids. But i made him quit so he can take them to.and.from daycare . But i pay like if i was paying.any other nanny.

      I really don't see why anyone should be paid for doing what's right by their children. If it was a child support payment, that would be different. But it's not.

      Perhaps you should look for another job.

      What does he do while they're at daycare? How many hours are they at daycare?

        9 to 5pm. He has temp jobs but on call
