So why are you paying him? Would he pay you if you were the stay at home parent? It doesn't sound like you're talking about paying him child support because he's the parent with fulltime/primary custody but I could be misreading.
If he's so willing to criticise your parenting, surely he should do something to help you cope, ie, look after the kids for a week full time so that you can have a break (at least after work) or something?
Well we never askfor legal custody i work as a nanny he comes every day to take kids todaycare and pick them up. Isee.them at night when he picks me up from work and drop us off home im the one who live with kids. But i made him quit so he can take them to.and.from daycare . But i pay like if i was paying.any other nanny.
I really don't see why anyone should be paid for doing what's right by their children. If it was a child support payment, that would be different. But it's not.
Perhaps you should look for another job.
What does he do while they're at daycare? How many hours are they at daycare?

Welldaycare paid by governmemt i would.never want to stayat home to watch my kids.my kids are waybetter in adaycare ithink at least happysome hours.
